Most likely to suceed reflection

I thought that the video was awesome. I thought that it was really neat that the school was not evaluated on the normal test or exams, but that they were all meant to show work in an exhibition night. It showed that it was not only just on the students to show what they learned it also reflected on how the teachers taught and how it was taken in. It takes away from the memorization of the same topics and the same way things were being taught. Education is not one size fits all, mos times we need to figure out which teaching method works with the children that are present, not what worked for children from the past.

I also liked that teachers were hired on one year contracts and hired on what the passion was to teach and were able to have freedom in the way they teach it. It was very different then the normal way to teach. It took a new perspective of education. A way that was focused on how the students understood best and were able to unlearn the ways they were used to and given the chance to thrive in this new educational environment. They were able to focus on teamwork, how to work and communinicate with each other and problem solve.
